The scissor-wielding man who allegedly snuck onto Miley Cyrus' property last month has just been convicted of trespassing, TMZ has learned.
Jason Luis Rivera was also found guilty of resisting arrest today in an L.A. courtroom. He faces up to 18 months behind bars.
Jason had pled "not guilty" to the charges following his arrest but was still ordered to stay 500 yards away from the singer and her home.
As we reported, cops believe Rivera jumped the fence surrounding Miley's L.A. home and was carrying a pair of scissors when they apprehended him.
He told cops he wanted to see the pop star ... and that's why he was on her property.
His sentencing is scheduled for tomorrow.
