Former teen star already in hot water for previous hit-and-run incidents.
Amanda Bynes could be in more hot water following the latest incident, in which she was found smoking from a drug pipe and driving erractically - and illegally - through Los Angeles.
Amanda Bynes credibility is quickly going up in smoke.
The former teen actress was spotted smoking what looked like a marijuana pipe disguised as a cigarette lighter Tuesday - and then getting behind the wheel of her BMW and driving erratically throughout the streets of Los Angeles on a suspended license.
TMZ reports that Bynes, 26, first sat in the parking lot of a Baja Fresh restaurant in the San Fernando Valley, allegedly taking hits from the drug pipe device and chowing down on tacos.

Bynes then reportedly went to a spa for three hours before taking to the roads, driving on a recently suspended license and allegedly weaving in and out of traffic, cutting off fellow drivers.
The former "All That" actress then parked at a Home Depot, where she was again allegedly spotted smoking from the pipe.

Earlier this month, ABC News reported that Bynes is currently facing several charges in different cases of hit-and-run stemming from an initial incident on the L.A. freeway in April, and then another fender bender on August 4.
Though Bynes initially avoided prosecution for the first case, wherein she collided with a cop car, the L.A. City Attorney decided to reopen her case after the second incident, according to TMZ.
The DMV also suspended Bynes' license on Aug. 25, possibly following her refusal to take a sobriety test for the suspected DUI in April.
A refusal to take the test in California results in an automatic license suspension, TMZ reports.
Amanda Bynes' reckless driving has put her in the news lately.
"She was not drunk," the actress' dad Rick Bynes told People magazine back in April. "I was told that she blew a zero on the Breathalyzer. She didn't have a single drink that night. My daughter doesn't drink."
Bynes similarly took to Twitter in a strange appeal to President Obama to help her with the situation.
"Hey @BarackObama... I don't drink," she tweeted. "Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end."
If convicted of the two cases of hit-and-run, Bynes could face six months in jail for each charge.
She is due in court Sept. 27.
